The Global Space Strategy (GSS) team aims to define and deploy strategies that support our global expansion and regional business growth. Our consultants and analysts are responsible for comprehensive research and analysis on Global Real Estate markets, whilst leading our real estate business strategy development and roll-out.
- Collect, record and analyze space requirements and occupancy data.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their spatial requirements. Coordinate and monitor the progress within real estate teams to ensure timely execution of respective items.
- Works with Planning Team to develop ad hoc scenario planning reports. Prepares program reports for presentation to the Client.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with partner teams and stakeholders. Partners with other departments on move and relocation sequencing and execution.
- Tracks, monitors and oversees workplace data. May be required to manage space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.
- Bachelor degree or above; willing to accept travel duties
- Have relevant professional expertise in real estate, with some degree of understanding of space management, real estate project management and facility operations management
- Have good communication and coordination skills, able to work with agility and flexibility, and have good team spirit
- Have strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to integrate and coordinate holistically information resources and strategic planning while exercising sound judgment
- Knowledge or experience using the current mainstream space management system is preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $64800 - $135111 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
